Who we are. Brassplate is a trading name of NJG Ventures Ltd (company 17538309), 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: orla@njgconsultancy.com.

What we hold. The name of your business, its Companies House number, its website address and the email address it publishes on that website, and the results of our check of the public pages of the website. If you reply, we keep your email.

Where it comes from. Companies House and your own website.

Why, and our legal basis. To offer your business our website check and fix service. Our basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): we only email limited companies and LLPs at addresses they publish for business, about a service relevant to their business, and you can opt out at any time.

Opting out. Reply "stop" to any email or use our opt-out page. We then keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we never email you again.

How long. If we don't hear back, we delete your details 6 months after our last email. Customers' records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Who else sees it. Our email and hosting providers (Google and Amazon Web Services), and the AI provider that reads public web pages for us (through Amazon Web Services). We don't sell or share contact details.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or object to our use of it, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
